Brian Lawson currently serves as Senior Vice President of Business Development at MAX Surgical Specialty Management and is responsible for leading business development efforts at the company. Brian brings over 15 years of experience in strategy, growth, and M&A within the healthcare sector to MAX. Prior to joining MAX, Brian served as Chief Development Officer at SALT Dental Collective, a multi-specialty dental services organization. During his time at SALT, Brian led the firm’s efforts to identify, source, and execute new practice partnerships within the pediatric dental, orthodontic, and oral surgery sectors and oversaw the growth of the company from 18 locations in two states to over 100 locations in ten states during his tenure.
Prior experience includes leadership roles in business development at Covenant Physician Partners and SAGE Veterinary Centers, as well as in investment banking at Harris Williams & Co. Brian holds an M.B.A. from Vanderbilt University and a B.S. from Northwest Missouri State University. He resides in Brentwood, TN, with his wife and two children.
