On November 6, 2025, MAX Surgical Specialty Management hosted its NYC Resident Networking Dinner at Buddakan, bringing together the next generation of oral and maxillofacial surgeons with experienced leaders from across the MAX network. The evening was designed with one goal in mind: create meaningful, human connection in an environment that encourages conversation, mentorship, and shared perspective.

With five MAX surgeons in attendance, the room was filled with energy, curiosity, and thoughtful dialogue. Residents representing The Brooklyn Hospital Center, Columbia, Kings County, LIJ, NYU, and Weill Cornell engaged in open conversations about career paths, life after residency, and what it truly means to build a fulfilling, sustainable future in oral surgery.
