Cassandra Duncan serves as Vice President of Operations for MAX Surgical Specialty Management, bringing more than 15 years of experience in oral and maxillofacial surgery practice management and operational leadership. A member of the MAX team since its inception in 2023, Cassie previously joined Riverside Oral Surgery Management in 2021 following the acquisition of Metropolitan Craniofacial Center, where she spent more than a decade building her expertise across nearly every facet of practice operations.

As Vice President of Operations, Cassie oversees MAX’s Regional, Relationship, and Revenue Cycle Management teams, providing leadership and operational oversight across the organization and its partner practices. Her role brings together key areas of practice operations, ensuring MAX’s teams, systems, and processes work cohesively to support surgeons, practice teams, and patients.

With extensive hands-on experience spanning clinical management, administration, revenue cycle, and team leadership, Cassie brings a comprehensive perspective to operational management. She is focused on maintaining effective and consistent operations across MAX while leveraging technology, automation, and organizational resources to help practices perform at their best and deliver an exceptional patient experience.

Cassie lives in Northern New Jersey with her husband, Michael, and their two boys. Outside of work, she can often be found cheering them on from the sidelines or enjoying time outdoors with her family.
