Dr. John P. Soliman was born in Queens, NY and raised in Hazlet, NJ. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of the Sciences in Philadelphia, PA, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology. Dr. Soliman received his DMD degree from Temple University School of Dentistry in 2010, where he graduated Cum Laude.

Dr. Michael Stern grew up in Brooklyn, and like his brother, he knew he wanted to go into a dental or medical profession at an early age. He was drawn to oral and maxillofacial surgery because of the skills and knowledge covered by the specialty. Through his training, he gained expertise in oral surgery, anesthesia, and general health, allowing him to treat a wide range of oral, facial, and systemic conditions.

Hailing from Binghamton, New York, Dr. Lynn is a distinguished oral and maxillofacial surgeon with a passion for providing exceptional patient care. He obtained his DDS from the prestigious New York University College of Dentistry and went on to complete a general practice residency, followed by Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery training at Kings County Hospital in Brooklyn.

Dr. Margo J. Freedberg is a highly respected Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who has provided exceptional and compassionate care to her patients for over 25 years in her practice in Springfield NJ. Dr. Freedberg is certified by both the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the National Dental Board of Anesthesiology. She is also a fellow in the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Dr. Amy Tanchyk is a board-certified oral surgeon who treats patients with a compassionate, educational approach to ease anxiety and increase their confidence. Amy Tanchyk, DMD, MD, grew up in East Brunswick, right down the road from Oral Surgery Group.

Dr. Andrew Horowitz is originally from West Bloomfield, Michigan. He has resided in the New York metropolitan area since 2000.
He earned a Bachelor of Science with honors at the University of Michigan.

William D. Purdy, DDS, MS graduated in 1979 from Syracuse University with a BS in Biology. He received his dental degree with honors in 1986 from the dental school at the State University of New York at Buffalo.

Paul G. Boerman, DDS has been practicing Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Vermont since 1989. He is a 1980 graduate of Calvin College, receiving a bachelor’s degree in biology and chemistry. He received his dental degree at the University of Detroit School of Dental Medicine in 1984 and extended his training with a year of residency in General Dentistry at the Medical Center Hospital of Vermont.

Dr. Vakkas is both a licensed dentist and physician and holds board certification from the American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He obtained his doctor of dental surgery from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery and his medical degree at the College of Physicians and Surgeons at Columbia University.

Devoted to his field, Dr. Begley has held numerous leadership positions throughout his 25 years in practice. He currently serves as Chief of oral and maxillofacial surgery at Morristown Medical Center, where he cares for patients with cleft palate, congenital anomalies and traumatic injuries. He is also a former vice chairman of Morristown Medical Center’s Department of Dentistry and a former president of the New Jersey Society of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons.

Dr. Perrino is a Board Certified dual-degree Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon – trained and licensed as both a dentist and medical doctor with additional fellowship training in Craniofacial Surgery and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgery. Dr. Perrino practices full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery while maintaining a busy dentoalveolar and dental implant surgery practice.

Dr. Constantine Simos has been practicing oral and maxillofacial surgery for over 15 years. He was born in Brooklyn and raised in Long Island, but he currently lives in East Brunswick near the Oral Surgery Group office there. He thoroughly enjoys living and working in the East Brunswick community.

Dr. Michael Kleiman is a Board Certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon who has been practicing in New Jersey since 1981. Following the completion of his residency training at Long Island Jewish Medical Center, he returned to New Jersey to live and practice a short distance from where he grew up. Prior to his Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery Residency, he graduated from Rutgers College and Fairleigh Dickinson University School of Dentistry. Upon graduation from dental school, he received several awards, including the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence, the Oral Pathology Award, the Oral Medicine Award, and the Research Award.

Dr. Akeyla Brown earned her dental degree at Howard University College of Dentistry, graduating with honors, and was inducted into the Omicron Kappa Upsilon Honor Society. She then went on to pursue Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at Howard University Hospital, with surgical experience from Georgetown University Hospital, Veterans Affairs Hospital, Washington Hospital Center, Children’s National Medical Center, Anne Arundel Medical Center, and Winchester Hospital Center in Virginia.
