Jeff proudly serves MAX Surgical Specialty Management as Chief Operating Officer having previously served Riverside Oral Surgery Management in the same role from April of 2021 up to the founding of MAX in early 2023. Jeff currently leads MAX’s operational management teams in the areas of surgeon and practice support, sales and marketing, facilities development, procurement systems and partnerships, and provides oversight to MAX’s internal Compliance Committee.
Jeff started his career in healthcare in 1998 in the practice of Physical Therapy where he established himself as a clinical expert earning the highly respected Orthopedic Clinical Specialist Board Certification. In 2002, Jeff joined two colleagues in the forming of Millennium Physical Therapy, a private outpatient orthopedic and sports physical therapy practice in Bergen County, New Jersey and grew that business to 5 locations. In 2013, Millennium was acquired by PE backed Professional Physical Therapy as their first platform forming acquisition partner.
Jeff served Professional as a practice Partner through two recapitalization processes, from 2013 to 2021, where he ascended from Regional Director to Vice President of Clinical Operations overseeing Professional’s entire New Jersey business. In that span of time Jeff led a multi-functional operations management team that grew its New Jersey footprint from 5 to over 50 locations through a high paced acquisition partnership and de novo strategy.
Jeff holds Bachelor of Arts in Allied Health Science, an Associates of Applied Sciences as a Physical Therapist Assistant, a Master of Science in Physical Therapy, and recently (2021) completed a Master of Business Administration from the Isenberg School of Business at the University of Massachusetts.
Jeff and his wife, Susan, currently reside in Northern, NJ with their two college aged children. In his spare time Jeff plays the guitar, hikes, and enjoys life on the Jersey shore with his family.
