Co-Chief Executive Officer
Mark Censoprano joined MAX Surgical Specialty Management as Co-Chief Executive Officer in March 2024. Mark is a seasoned executive with over three decades of experience in competitive industries, including leadership roles at prestigious organizations and successful healthcare startups.
Chief Operating Officer
Jeff proudly serves MAX Surgical Specialty Management as Chief Operating Officer having previously served Riverside Oral Surgery Management in the same role from April of 2021 up to the founding of MAX in early 2023.
Chief Financial Officer
Paul Olson joined MAX in June 2023 as the Chief Financial Officer after serving in similar positions with a number of multisite health care companies experiencing rapid growth.
Chief People Officer
Susan Coe joined MAX in late April of 2023 as the Chief People Officer, and has over three decades of experience as a health care human resources leader. Susan has worked in a range of health care settings and businesses and is a champion of creating a “best place to work” culture.
Director of Business Development
Phil Leinberger is a highly experienced sales professional with over 30 years’ experience, most of which has been spent working in the dental and oral surgery industries.
Head of Surgeon Placement & Networking
Megan proudly serves MAX Surgical Specialty Management as Head of Surgeon Placement & Networking having previously served Riverside Oral Surgery Management in the HR Director capacity from February of 2021 up to the founding of MAX in early 2023.
